If you have questions about using ArtSong™ the first place to start is the online help provided with the program. The online help should answer most basic questions.

New users should review the tutorials included with the program. In addition to introducing basic ArtSong operations and navigation, the tutorials also provide information about different algorithms and their use. The Advanced Topics sections of the included Help provide an additional 'Primer' on using ArtSong™'s algorithms to solve various musical problems.

If you encounter problems or program errors while using ArtSong™ Please report the problem so we can fix it. We will appreciate any information you can provide about your PC (RAM and Processor) and windows operating system version. Please describe the problem and detail what you were attempting to do when the problem occurred.

BETA Testers Needed!

We work very hard to make ArtSong™ more useable, powerful, and robust, but we can only start the process. We need your help to finish it!

We are always looking for BETA testers interested in helping us with the future development of ArtSong. BETA tester responsibilities include downloading BETA versions of ArtSong™, using the program, reporting any difficulties or problems encountered while using the program, providing addition information as needed to identify and fix problems, and conducting 'follow-up' testing to verify problems are solved.

We hope to begin BETA Testing ArtSong btween 4Q2007 and 1Q2008

ArtSong 7 BETA testors are required to be familiar with ArtSong 6. If you are an ArtSong power-user, this is a great opportunity to get those features you want or need!
